Rabbit urine was a liquid fertilizer that could be used for agriculture because of its high nitrogen content. The weakness this rabbit if it rains, will carried away by the flow rainwater. encapsulation is solution to above problems. This research aims study process making in alginate bead coated with chitosan as slow-release. An out extruding mixture and sodium into 500 mL CaCl2 50 mM pump various syringe tip sizes output, 18G, 16G, 12G. resulting beads were immersed 100 2%. analyzed measuring radius using digital microscope analyzing concentration release UV-Vis Spectro. average diameter 12G 3.14 mm, 2.18 1.89 mm after being 3.49 2.48 2.05 mm. Diffusivity coefficient 1.167 x 10 −5 cm2/s.
